Please Help me to install Opentaps on my local system

I have downloaded opentaps 1.4 and 1.5 both.

Then built it using ant clean build.

Build was successful, but when I am running "startofbiz.bat" on my windows system it gives me following message:

Then I ran "startofbizNoLog.bat", this time batch file run successfully for longer time and installed some mudules and on screen I could see hibernate files were loaded and was running fine but after sometime I am getting some PermGen Memory out of Exception.

I tried with multiple memory options but result is same. I do have 2GB of RAM.

Can somebody help me on this? Please reply me asap.
