要命的utf8问题

本人在安装中出现了这样的问题

配置文件
安装环境： windows7 x64 mysql5.1 utf8 编码
mysql5.1 用的配置文件是my-innodb-heavy-4G.ini
这个key长超出1000的问题怎么解决啊？
