My Accounts/My Teams' Accounts Screen

This shows a list of the accounts which are either directly assigned to the user or where the user is part of the sales team. The user can toggle between "My Accounts" and "My Teams' Accounts" to choose which one he wishes to view.

If "My Accounts" is chosen, then only the accounts for which the user is the "person responsible for" would be displayed.

If "My Teams' Accounts" is chosen, then accounts for which the user is the "person responsible for" and accounts for which the user is an assigned team member would be displayed.
