Configure Ledger Screen

This screen allows you to configure your general ledger by setting the GL account associated with different purposes, such as Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, etc.

If you change the GL account assigned to a purpose, it will not retroactively change the GL account of posted transactions, but future transactions will be posted to the new GL account.
