Budget vs. Actual plus Encumbrances Report

This report helps you control expenses, both actual and pending (encumbered), versus the original budget. It uses the Encumbrances feature and shows you the budget versus actual and encumbrances. The columns show the budgeted net income, actual income and expenses plus encumbrances, and the difference between budget and actual plus encumbrances. You can use Accounting Tags to break down the expenses by division, department, activity, etc.

This report is run using the last encumbrance snapshot prior to the reporting date. By default, encumbrances are run nightly, but you can also use [Refresh Data] to update it.
