Add New Case Shortcut

To add a new case quickly using the "New Case Shortcut", simply enter the case subject (for example: "Bug Fix") and the internal ID of the account you are opening up the case for. You can also use the lookup widget to search for the account ID. Clicking the [Create] button will save the case information and take you to the View Case Screen.
